• Realization of measures for sale of property taken on the Bank's balance sheet. • Ensuring repayment of loan debts for consumer loans, credit limits and small business loans. • Implementation of correspondence and settlement of issues with state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations of all organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, individuals arising in the practical activities of the Division, within the competence of the Division. • Realization of the property sale procedure from the Bank's balance sheet in accordance with the established terms, as well as responsibility for the content of the Purchase and Sale Agreement for compliance with the terms of the realizable property provided for in the Decision of the Authorized Body / Authorized Person of the Bank; • Ensuring the legal protection of the interests of the Branch (claims and lawsuits in relation to troubled consumer loans, credit limits). • Implementation of measures to ensure the enforcement of consumer loans and credit limits.

• Knowledge and compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents governing the activities of the branch, the lending process in the Bank. • Attracting, selecting and advising Clients on Small Business loans. • Review of the project and monitoring compliance with the procedures for issuing a loan / amending the terms of the loan. • Monitoring of loans issued.

• Current credit monitoring. • Preparation of inquiries and letters, issue of certificates. • Work with title documents. • Work with insurance policies. • Conflict resolution and disputes with clients.
