Analysis of financial, operational, and investment performance of KMG’s upstream subsidiaries. Preparation of analytical briefs and presentations for decision-making at corporate governance bodies. Evaluation of capex projects (workovers, drilling, well interventions) and contractor tariffs. Support in business plan approvals, production programs, and strategic initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration on taxation, procurement, geoscience, HR, and social policies. Risk identification and control in line with internal procedures.

• Opex management and budgeting. • Forecast process on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis. • Manage and reporting on sales & financial metrics. • Active engagement in the yearly planning process. • Drive innovation and simplification of processes and reporting packs. • Providing support to monthly & quarterly business reviews and FP&A deliverables.

- Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports; - Formation of annual (mid-term) budget; - Analysis of actual execution of budget; - Forecasting and participation in adjustment of budget; - Preparation of analytical reports, references instructed by executive management. - Performing revenue analysis

• Preparation of quarterly and annual reports, as well as consolidated, financial statements of the Bank in accordance with IFRS • Processing of auditors' requests, consolidation of requests and subsequent referral to responsible units • Verification of information provided by structural divisions of the Bank to external users, regarding the financial statements of the Bank • Preparation of regulatory reports and performing monthly closing procedures
