Working on project Eskene West Rail Way Overall coordinator of all HVAC and process piping construction activities, conduct weekly meeting with subcontractors. Managed Piping Supervisors and Foremans, distribute daily workload, collect daily progress. Report to Construction Manager thru weekly meeting, to update progress, look ahead plans, and constrains. Coordinate to Client’s site representative the technical issue arises and propose solution at minimal cost. Coordinate construction logistics like crane, material transport, and scaffolding. Expedite HVAC and process equipment’s and piping bulk material from Client and coordinate missing or damage. Conduct random safety toolbox talk with workers to keep connection and maintain responsibility of all personnel to execute the jobs in a safe manner. Coordinate to QC department on a regular basis for construction procedures and methodology, to maintain highest quality of workmanship and according to client’s standard. Coordinate hydro test, pneumatic test, air blowing, Flushing and flange management reinstatement .Supplying with equipment’s (compressors, pumps, generators) and tools for testing. Also working on pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on Process Systems lines: Sulphur liquid System, Heating medium System, Water cooling medium System. Preparing permits for work after preliminary discussion of the work plan with the client. And giving daily report to direct manager work progress. Organizing all thinks for working on non-stop regime for pipefitters and commissioning team. Conduct training to key personnel in handling and installing delicate HVAC and process equipment and instrument.
