According to International and local requirements • Obligatory trainings implementation and monitoring, according to Kazakhstan Industry Safety legislation. • Affiliate preparation to and participation in OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 audits. From ISO 14001:2007 to ISO 14001:2015 affiliate transition plan preparation. • OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 audits performance in Philip Morris affiliates of Eastern Europe region. • EHS inspections organization and performance, non-conformities elimination organization and follow-up. • EHS audits\inspections\assessment results analysis and improvement activities planning and follow-up. • Incidents investigation and action plans development organization, follow-up and results communication. • Organization of Environmental awareness events for 200 employees and contractors. Coordination of overall process, collaborations with invited actors media team, getting permits from authority for attending event in the territory of Nation Park
