Direct coordination all job Responsible for ensuring that all Project assets are properly received, inventoried, stored, maintained and accounted for throughout the construction phase by various subcontractors. Understands and promotes Company’s safety program, incident and injury free Verifies receipt, quantity survey, non-damage confirmation, and traceability of Subcontractor materials at all stages of handling. Oversee and ensure that Subcontractor expedites release of Project Material and equipment through customs upon arrival into Kazakhstan. Ensure Subcontractors Maintains an accurate account and inventory of all extra materials purchased (Surplus) Assists in transportation of Subcontractor materials to construction site from storage yard Review and assist Subcontractor with necessary forms for control and traceability of materials and equipment as required for the Project

Responsible for establishing and support of effective teamwork with TRV material group, Procurement group, Construction & Technical Dpt of LLP Kazkonservice. Responsible for tracking down of material supplys and materials safekeeping and integrity Accurate TRV material and equipment account in the corresponding databases. TCO Material Group and LLP Kazkomservice Management notification on current status of received and issued materials Supervision and control of safe and timely delivery of materials from TCO stock WH to TRV site. Meetings arrangements on materials delivery status Control over the proper storage of materials delivered to the construction site. Job Packages overview in regards of materials/WOs availability (Material Requisitions/POs) Tracking of materials issue process Periodic reporting of materials status for Management and TCO Material Dpt. Control over materials inventorying per TCO accepted schedule.

Apply corporate and local material control policies, procedures and guidelines.Project Warehouses and other materials facilities as and when required. Manage materials allocation to construction work-packs & provide timely information with respect to availability of materials, equipment and services in respect of the work-packs at each defined stage of the Procurement to Construction cycle. Manage all quarantine and receipt inspection OS&D. Communication with the Procurement team & the Project fabrication contractors to expedite deliveries, schedules, arrange returns, notify of complaints or rejections. Communication with the HSSE Team to ensure safe handling and movement of materials and equipment to the Worksite. Providing input to and / or preparing a summary of the status of material and equipment availability. Project Planning and Scheduling methodologies. (IPMS/SAP system) Providing detailed Materials Status Reports in line with project reporting deadlines. Personally abide by ethical practice in all dealings with Company vendors. Input to Timely Close Out of Purchase Orders. Build a Strong Working Relationship with all relevant Customers, Internal and External.Assist in the preparation of local requisitions to reduce time required to procure minor missing stocks. Development and implementation of Quality Management Systems Procedures and work processes. Maximise effective use of the Material Control Systems. supporting the CRA (Corrosion resistant alloy) CLAD pipeline components manufacturing , reviewing and approving vendor documents, and queries. Supporting welding engineers as required. Reviewing materials data sheets and manufacturing procedures for all fabrication and installation contractor procured items.Assist QA/QC inspectors on inspecting materials in Project Warehouse. Producing shipping documents for all material movements. Ensuring key management procedures and work instructions being in place and properly applied for the following areas: Materials Management Material Storage & Preservation Issue of Materials to authorized Users Internal Auditing Surplus and left over materials Physical Inventory taking and reconciliation Over, shortage, damage, reporting and settling

Supervise and control material receiving, storage, and issuance on site Ensure proper material identification, preservation, and traceability Maintain accurate material records and stock reports Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QC, and Construction teams Monitor material consumption according to project schedule Ensure compliance with project procedures and HSE requirements Support material inspections together with QC department
