Quality Assurance System & Risk Manager reporting to Technical Director of a leading FMCG Company in Kazakhstan with a turnover of USD 250 mln which operates 3 plants in Almaty and Karaganda. Main responsibilities and accomplishments:  In charge of quality assurance which set standards to laboratory controls (such as frequency of laboratory checks, compliance with Company standards)  Responsible for the Quality of all Process Steps, Incoming Materials, Responsible for the SAP Production and Quality Modules Responsible for the Developing of New SKU’s  Analysis of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports of 3 breweries, where the actual performance is compared to target.  Project development for “production excellence” cycle, primarily focusing to cost saving and efficiency enhancement
