• Work with the Kz government to prioritize implementation of BS&S objectives at program sites. • Perform continuous assessments of program laboratories, assist in development of proficiency evaluations and competency program for the participating sites. Support ongoing testing and evaluation activities. • Develop training materials and implement training. • Mentor KZ personnel on laboratory operations, performance of laboratory diagnostic assays, quality assurance and quality control programs and support Biological Safety & Security best practices. • Liaising with representatives of various Ministries, international collaborating partners and non-governmental agencies, maintaining regular contact for the purposes of implementing and achieving program objectives including trainings/conferences attendance by the former. • Attend laboratory training sessions by program collaborators in order to ensure that newly acquired skills are reinforced among laboratory personnel and competency is established and maintained.
