Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. • Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations. • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters. • Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements • Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. • Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management • Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Singapore. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Dept head. • Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested • Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. • Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. • Support offshore HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices. • Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required

• Read and learn the HSE procedure and documentation to be able to use them as guideline in his/her activities • Providing a quality check on the completion of permits and certificates and ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained • Prepare and check all documentation required for issuing of a Permit to Work • Interface with construction personnel and assist if required in risk analyses • Assist Performing Authority in PTW documentation preparation and check that all required documents for PTW issuance are available and correct filed • Keep up to date and communicate to PIC/WRP the work instructions/procedures related to PTW issuance as received from HSE Manager • Keep a register/log of all PTW’s issued and their status • Audit the correct implementation of PTW System, participating in Inspections on the work site to determine the compliance of workers and activities with all PTW requirements as well as those of labor normative on occupational health and safety. To identify violations, which threaten life and health of employees or may cause an accident, and take measures for stopping operation of machinery, equipment and operations in the workshops, work sites and work places. • Prepare weekly reporting on PTW status • Attended the daily pre-shift briefings on occupational health and safety for workers (TBT) • Liaise directly with PIC/WRP authority to facilitate issuance of PTW’s in timely manner • Coaching and mentoring of staff when necessary. • Ensure a PTW tracking system is in place. Keeps track of valid work permits and ensures closure of work permits on completion of work. • Ensures expired work permits are closed, cancelled or renewed as the case.

Preparing order regarding the Industrial safety, safety and labor protect fire safety for the responsible persons.
