Project coordinator
 Responsible for operational, financial management and M&E of the project “Building Models of the Future” aiming at strengthening the collaboration of the public and non-public sector, in TB care, specifically TB/HIV patient centered NGOs and Private Providers in the following:  Managed the planning, implementation, reporting, control and monitoring and evaluation of the project;  Cultivated partnerships with local government, partner agencies and local and international nongovernmental organizations;  Participated in the development of M&E forms for the project;  Collected M&E data and data analysis for the project evaluation;  Participated in the update of the national TB M&E guideline;  Represented the KNCV to partners, beneficiary communities, donors, national authorities, and mass media.  Ensured the project meets its aims and objectives in improving the TB/HIV care for key population through increased quality care.  Made presentations on project results, including data analysis.  Responsible for implementation of “Photovoices” mini-project. This new methodology is a new look to the scientific community that works in the prevention and control of tuberculosis, as well as to the various interest groups and decision makers: "an outward glance", approach to the disease with a new communication mechanism, which guarantees authenticity and direct expression by texts and images that, like social networks, express emotions, actions, context, concerns and thoughts, i.e. key elements for social mobilization and advocacy. The final products of the Photovoices (texts, images, etc.) open new conversations and a new range of actions in the community, in health centers, in control and prevention programs and in all forums related to TB (tuberculosis).  Responsible for press coverage of the project events: writing success stories, press releases, etc.
