This work covered technical approvals, execution of site activities (cleaning, gauging, ILI), technical/survey reports, data evaluation, resolution of pipeline design, and integrity issues, requests for information (RFI), non-conformance reports, Surveillance reports (SR), and collation/approval of as-built pipeline data. - Performed technical assurance walkdowns at pipeline construction sites before and during work execution to confirm that the site was arranged in accordance with the proposed layout and that the construction contractor’s work method statement was being followed correctly. - Use the Coreworx for check and indicate documents to RLMU: Foundation Layout, Cable Schedule, Cable Block Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Cable routing layout. - Performed technical reviews of multiple pipeline work method statements to confirm that methods proposed by construction contractors were safe and met the technical requirements of the work. Method statement’s work reviews covered pipeline cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, in-line(ILI), purging and inerting/nitrogen filling. Prioritised the reviews appropriately and executed them accurately and promptly. - Coordinate preparation of remediation profiles, SOW for remediation, interface with stress analyst and construction engineering, confirmation that completed works are satisfactory, etc.
