Review mechanical specifications for rotating equipment during project implementation to ensure smooth transition from design to operation. As the Company's representative, review and comment on all relevant design documents to ensure compliance with Company requirements, good engineering practice principles, and ensure integration of rotating equipment and related plant systems; Develop all required documentation in accordance with the Operational Readiness Plan prior to plant start-up; Reviewing P&ID’s, Mechanical drawings. Participate in acceptance testing, commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment at the manufacturing plants Participate as primary contact person during troubleshooting and cause and effect analysis; Participate in technical meetings, analyze contractor solutions for rotating equipment, identify solutions for possible cost savings and promote their implementation during design. Develop alternative solutions to optimize scope and schedule of work; Ensure reliability and proper technical condition of rotating equipment and auxiliary systems using methods to improve equipment reliability; Actively participate in the detection, analysis and correction of defects in rotating equipment systems;
