Supervising QC team under all TCO projects: Tanks internal and external coating, pipelines (FBE+MCL), PFP (Intumescent and vermiculite), thermal insulation application. Developing method statements and inspection test plans for all TCO projects. Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with client specifications. Administering in-house quality trainings for QC team and for production team personnel. Overseeing inspections (random), checks and tests performed at site. Conducting reviews and audits of documentation. Controlling QC instruments store: renewing certificates, requesting required consumables etc.

Performing surveillance, activities monitoring, witnessing and verifying of all aspects with regards to painting, insulation and fireproofing from material storing, surface preparation and application at FGP project, Tengiz, Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Project: Modification of the 2 x 28" existing pig launchers and associated facilities offshore. - Performing surveillance, activities monitoring, witnessing and verifying of all aspects with regards to painting, insulation and fireproofing from material storing, surface preparation and application, pre-inspection with contractor and final inspection with client. - Performing inspection of quality of work for painting, insulation and fireproofing to meet project specifications. - Monitoring defects and highlighting them to the contractor for rectification.

• Witnessing and carrying out the checks accompanied with pre-application, application e.g. Surface preparation, climatic conditions, materials preparation, after application checks, marking areas of defects and assurance of repair compliance, validity of equipment and materials storing conditions. • Daily carry-out tasks of surface preparation and paint application in the workshops. • Surveillance the contractor works if the procedures are been follows in specification.

Checking Air & Steel (Substrate) Temperatures, Relative humidity, Dew point temperatures at regular intervals to prepare Daily weather & ambient conditions Reports while the blasting & coating works are going on. Visual inspection for surface cleanness prior to start blasting works, Suggesting and monitoring the surface cleaning works while required, Checking the anchor profile with press o film Checking quality of compressed air (if necessary), flow pressure, tip size of spray guns to achieve the fine atomization of paint flow, Checking the wet film thickness while spraying, Monitoring the drying time intervals for the coatings applied Checking the final DFT readings of the entire coating systems and data entry for preparing final inspection reports,

Providing administrative support to technical staff. Assistance to site management. Reviewing incoming mail for technical staff and determining course of required action. Updating, reviewing and verifying information which includes source documents, policies, salary data, scaffolding material data base etc. Working with rotation scheduling of personnel. Arranging required courses.

Supervising administrative stuff, supporting site office with all required service - mobilization of personnel, providing accommodation for it, scheduling rotation etc. Dealing with scaffolding material supply, bringing it through the customs.

Running scaffolding material storage.

Erecting scaffolding constructions.

Administration. Arranging accommodation, courses and trainings. Running employees rotations schedule. Working with the Clients representatives concerning mobilization of personnel. Doing written and oral translations.

Making oral simultaneous translation of meetings with the Client. Translating the daily, weekly, monthly and final reports. Doing administration job. Work mix - refueller, HSE inspector
