• Hydrotest activites: monitor calibration deadlines of pumps, chart recorders, monometrs etc. • Solving connection issues. • To visually inspect customer’s hoses and fittings, onsite, in line with the Company’s inspection procedures. • To inspect and record the hose condition, type and fittings, in line with procedures. • To assess the suitability of the FHA for the application it is being used and to recommend changes as appropriate. • To apply identity tag and to register each hose as per procedure. • To complete all documentation on a timely and accurate basis. • To input survey results into the HIMS database. • To submit a report with details of unsatisfactory FHA’s to the customer’s representative and recommends possible solutions, where applicable. • To write and submit an End of Survey report. • To ensure the accurate completion and submission of timesheets. • To recommend possible solutions to problems identified with the customer FHA’s, applications or operating procedures • To ensure that work is completed in line with the Company’s Quality procedures and Customer specifications. • To ensure that work activities are executed in accordance with the Company’s Safety Management System and, when onsite or offshore, in accordance with the customer’s site rules • To participate and assist with internal and external safety and quality audits • To adopt and promote good and safe working practices at all times • To ensure that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free and in accordance with Company and customer rules at all times • To ensure that risks are assessed and risk assessments completed, where applicable

• Worked in Hose Assembly workshop, carry out quality hydraulic, industrial and composite hose assembly fit for purpose and fully satisfy customer's requirements. • Maintained all work to client specification and to meet company Quality Management System procedures. • Full awareness of component compatibility and competent in the use of company products with ability to identify and use appropriate fittings for specified hoses, as per customer specification and need. • Expertly assembled variety of hoses for industrial, offshore and hydraulic purposes, Pressure tested and applied techniques as per supplier or in-house procedures. • Identify and use all types of hoses for the purpose specified by the customer order i.e. Rubber, PVC, Composite, Safety Air, Heavy Duty Bulk Material, BOP Control, Fire Water Mains Systems, Synflex, Pollex, Push-Lock, Teflon, Bail Out Whips. • Planned and paced work efficiently in order to meet daily, weekly, project and production goals with full awareness of environmental issues associated with workshop procedures. • Ability to operate most workshop assembly machinery and equipment, ensuring that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free at all times and observing all safety policies and procedures. • Carried out routine, weekly safety inspections, as per area inspection check sheet, and to report all defects to the Team Leader immediately. • Active contributions to general team activities, complied with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, and promote good safe working practices. • Shifts and Overtime working to ensure organisational or client deadlines are met.
