- Ensure the rational organization of work in the service, coordinates the work of specialists in the field of activity, interacts with the heads of other departments and services; - Approves the technical specifications for works and services provided by specialists, the assignment for the planning of the work; - Participates in the commission for the commissioning of newly built and completed maintenance, overhaul and reconstruction of the main and auxiliary equipment; - Approves the schedules of technical diagnostics and scheduled shutdowns of facilities provided by specialists, schedules for maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary technological equipment; - Conducts on-site inspections of the technical condition, operation and repair of the main and auxiliary equipment of the subdivisions of the branch; - Manages the development and documentation of regulatory and reporting papers for the operation of main and auxiliary equipment; - Approves budget proposals verified by supervising specialists on budget items necessary for production activities; - Monitors the execution of planned works with the drafting of accounting documentation; - Analyzes the results of the activities of all production services of the subdivisions of the branch.

- Monitor the implementation of a complex of operations to maintain the operability and serviceability of the main gas pipelines, gas distribution stations, gas measuring stations and other technological equipment; - Develop measures for the execution of the Work Plan, Capital Investment Plan and Repair Work Plan; - Perform technical guidance and control during the repair of equipment of main gas pipelines, gas distribution and measuring stations; - Carry out quality control over the progress of repair work performed by contractors; - Analyze the technical condition of main gas pipelines, gas distribution stations based on the results of pigging, internal line diagnostic and electrochemical protection measurements, technical acts for the investigation of failures and acts of gas pipeline testing; - Control over observance of the RoK and Company’s regulatory requirements during operation and repair works; - Ensure timely and full-scale non-destructive testing of pipelines, pipeline diagnostics, hydraulic and pneumatic tests; - Management and technical control of welding works at the facilities of the main gas pipeline; - Ensure completeness and correctness in maintaining reporting documentation.

- Organization of reliable and safe operation of the main gas pipelines, gas pipeline branches, linear constructions, and gas distribution stations - Timely carrying out planned works, maintenance, and scheduled works of the main and service equipment of a linear part of gas pipeline.

- Ensure the technical readiness for operation of drilling equipment and other technical tools used in drilling operations, their correct operation, timely high-quality repairs, maintenance; - Determines the demand and organizes the receipt of spare parts, components, tools and materials needed for the repair and maintenance of drilling equipment; - Maintenance and repairing of pumps, compressors, diesel-power generators, diesel engines; - Assemble, disassemble the drill rig; - Drive the mobile drilling machine ZJ 30.

- Taking part in technological process of well-drilling under the leadership of the Driller; - Performs general maintenance of drilling equipment pertaining to the drilling of the well, including the circulating, rotating, hoisting and well control systems; - Performs break out and make up connections during drilling, back reaming or tripping operations.
