Working in a multi-disciplinary MEI project, performing detailed measurement and review of Contractor measures in line with the contract preamble method of measurement and schedule of rates. Leading the team of 4 highly experienced QS and 6 QS trainees. -Leading the group of QS for Measurement reconciliation activities -Review the MTO, BoQ and pay item descriptions in RFP documentation - Development and delivery of training material for graduates within the organization. -Providing the team of QS with support and guidance and develop team performance. -Compare the actual on-site installed quantities with the plan and drawings. - Measurement of Structural Steelwork from AFC drawings using industry standard specifications - Measurement of pipework inclusive of pipe, valves, fittings, painting, Heat tracing and Insulation from - Isometrics and other specifications. - Detailed analysis of pipe supports weights and painting surfaces - EIT Cabling classification from specifications to align with the schedule of rates - Measurement of Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunications and Fire & Gas from AFC drawings and documents. -Developing strong relationships with the clients and business partners. -Implementing the technique of measuring quantities from drawings sketches and specifications prepared by designers. -Measuring the executed works as per Contract Method of Measurement. -Compiling and maintaining all supporting documents and backups for the executed

-Ensure all pre-project work activities are implemented in accordance with the NCOC N.V Project Management System (NPMS) and industry best practices where applicable. -Assist in determining ways to continuously improve Pre-projects & Project Cost Estimating performance within TD & NDD and by CONTRACTOR(s) working on NCOC project activities. -Perform cost estimates at various levels (Prospects, Preliminary and Conceptual stage studies). - Validate the estimations of Capital expenditures done by the 3rd Parties during the course of pre-project and Project engineering. - Estimate the various components (equipment, bulk, construction) of a cost estimate using the available estimating tools and feed-back. - Participate in the review of CONTRACTOR(s) Cost Estimates and related documentation and ensuring their adherence to NPMS expectations and good working practices. - Participate in capturing estimate lessons learned and best practices. - Ability to have a basic understanding of the following operations, construction and commissioning work activities, with demonstrated competency in some of the areas: o Civil, o Mechanical, o Construction, Fabrication, and Installation/HUC techniques o Production Surface Equipment and Facilities o Production Turnaround activities and processes - Contribute to discussion with PSA for all related CAPEX issues including project Development Plan approval. - Lead/Supervise/validate the cost estimation work of RoK and Russian Institute as necessary. - Validate cost estimates prepared by the 3rd Parties on request on NCOC N.V./ TD. - Evaluate the available data on local market and contractors. - Participate in cost risk analysis exercises. - Participate in the Development and Performance cost feedback analyses and producing associated feed-back reports aiming to improve/update estimating methodology. - Participate to the cost data base update in accordance with principles established by NCOC cost estimating department.

-Check the Contractor’s interim and final pay certificates. -Evaluate unit rates for new items of works. -Check joint measurements taken by Inspectors and Land Surveyors during inspection of Requests for Approvals and use them in interim payments for on-account payment. -Maintain progress schedule and cash flow chart. -Assist in preparation of Change Orders and Variation Orders. -Assist in evaluating claims. -Drafting and interpretation of contract documents, control construction costs by accurate measurement of the work required on a regular basis, materials and plant required. -The technique of measuring quantities from drawings sketches and specifications prepared by designers. -Measuring the executed works as per Contract Method of Measurement. -Compiling and maintaining all supporting documents and backups for the executed works and measurement there of including signed RFI, QS sheets, progress records etc. -Preparing and submitting the interim payment applications in accordance with contract payment mechanism and procedures ensuring that all executed works are measured and claimed immediately at the end of each interim payment period. -Participating in the assessment of variations and claims. Includes amounts for approved variations and/or agreed claims in the interim payment applications as per contract provisions. -Preparing the Contract Final Measures together with application for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions ensuring that all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed. -Preparing BOQ -Verifying subcontract measurements and payment applications. -Liaising with all project sections in quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters. -Performing any other related duties as assigned. -preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials -on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work -feasibility studies of client requests -analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors -allocating upcoming work to contractors -site visits, assessments and projections for future work
