HR/IR Supervisor (TENGIZCHEVROIL)
IR OPERATIONS:
• Monitor Contractor compliance with FGP standards and RoK requirements on-site, during working hours, and in accommodation facilities, after working hours.
• Schedule payroll / accommodation / kitchen & hygiene audits with the contractor at least 2 days in advance.
• Confirm in writing that the appointment has been acknowledged by the contractor.
• Conduct a proper and fair audit, complete with scoring, comments and evidence on each audit item.
• Complete a detailed audit report and identify required mitigation, as well as time frame within which project requirements are to be met.
• Report the audit results, in the required format, to the contractor management and request clarification as well as mitigation agreed by the contractor.
• Follow-up with mitigation steps on critical items and report progress to the FGP IR Manager.
• Update the Incident dashboard daily, or as often as required and close the items within the required time frames.
• Attend to complaints received from contractor ‘ees, by referring such to Contractor IR representatives in the first instance, and thereafter investigate such complaints if it remains unresolved.
• Investigate all grievances and report all findings to the FGP IR Manager for action and resolution
• Report on issues raised and request clarification if required, or mitigation agreed to by the contractor
• Follow-up with mitigation steps on critical items and report progress to the FGP IR Manager
• Update the Incident dashboard daily, or as often as required and close the items within the required time frames.
SUPERVISION:
• Assume the responsibility for the supervision and control of IR Teams designated to the position
• Provide guidance, assistance, training, re-training, counselling and mentoring to the IR Specialists as may be required at any given time
• Coach the members of the IR Team in becoming more efficient in meeting the project expectation(s)
• Transfer the knowledge and skills to the IR Supervisors as may be required in the execution of your duties.
GENERAL:
• Encourage and support a continuous learning culture within the FGP IR Group
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Be a leader in workplace safety and environmental protection
• Contribute to systematic management of Industrial Relations, health, safety, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance of TCO OE strategy.
• Participate in the Behavior-Based Safety Program as per FGP requirement.
