Detailed design in PDMS Design module (piping&equipment) of EMG (Egypt Mediterranean Gas) project – gas compressor station. 3D modeling of Piping and Equipment. Creating piping specs (by catview, accordingly to client specification) and components in PDMS Paragon, works in Admin required for creating of new project.

Design of U/G pipelines, detailed design of wellheads and manifolds (KPO), piping design of TCO projects – plot plans, GA’s, P&ID’s (accordingly to process sketches), Isos, MTO.

Supervise of redrafting all SGP&SGI vendor’s p&ids according to TCO/PFD standards (2000 hours saved, productivity 1.2), drafting of SGP hydro tests (600 hours saved, 1.3) Main Accountabilities: man-hour control, liaison with the site on dwg queries, schedule and productivity monitoring, technical training of design personnel, ensuring technical integrity of dwgs, client liaison

Responsible for detailed design of LPG bullets (equipment&piping), issuance of isometric drawings (including check, back check). Vendor’s equipment layout and placement in PDS. Issuance of plot plans and GA’s drawings. Issuance of intelligent P&ID diagrams (LPG, Crude, Sulphur forming, CPC areas).

Getting experience to do detailed design of piping, equipment and drafting IP&IDs according to process sketches.
