Drill operator assistant

• Recruiting new candidates (selecting, inviting to interviews, enrolling to requirement courses , mobilization); • Processing documents of employment, redeployment and termination in accordance with labor legislation, regulations and orders of the employer. • Coordinate newly arrived employees and render an assistance in support of new employees as well as control the pass of required Safety course; • Create and keep Personnel Action Files, introduce changes related to labour activity. • Constantly control the date of expiry of the employment contract as per the data base and render assistance to prolong the period of the contract or not to prolong it according to recommendation of immediate supervisors and/or managers of the employee and as per company management approval; • Prepare employment contracts for the new employees; (employment contract, prolongation, change positions, change salary); • Organization of business trips, hotel booking and coordination of work in contact area; • Preparation and maintenance various reports record needed in day to day tasks; • Preparation of working timesheets of all employees; • Scheduling of annual leave for all employees; • Preparing all forms for bank cards; • Record data base list of insured employees (take out to insurance, cancel from insurance list, update the results of medical examination, control and coordination of the annual medical examination);

Making call to contractors (candidates) Clarifying availabilities of contractors Check employment history of each contractor Mobilization of all contractors on time Organizing trainings and confirming certificates Coordinate the all schedules of the contractor like work schedule, trainings, transportations time, booking the apartments, sending request to training centers Controlling all details on preparation for plant (site) Meet and coordinate all contractors arrive to the Tengiz Provide all PPEs to the contractors Work on each candidates contract and give it to them for signing Control, observe all contractors everyday on site with BBS Solving the contractors problem and preventing safety injuries Everyday provide morning briefings to contractors Making contacts with Client when it’s required Demobilization of all contractors, collecting PPEs back Termination of all contracts from database Controlling all payroll processes of contractors (salary, training and travel expenses) Close all manpower contractors documents Give a feedback to all contractors and notes for future projects
