 Provide overall management of the activities of the IT audit division.  Analyze and evaluate the activities of departments of the Bank for the planning of IT audit.  Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control, risk management and corporate governance.  Participate and lead audit engagement in the field of information technology and information security, IT risk assessment and internal IT controls.  Participate in the development of internal regulations of the Bank governing the work of the Department, including the development of internal regulations regarding the development of the IT audit.  Participate in the choice of software to automate the internal audit function and to initiate other projects on the automation of internal audit functions.  Provide consultation to employees of the Internal Audit Department on all matters in the field of IT audit arising in the course of audit activities.  Development of reports (CAATs) in the corporate reporting system SAP BW for planning and preparation purpose of the audit activity.

To conduct the analysis and evaluation of the Bank's units for planning of IT audit. Participate in the development of the Bank's internal regulations governing the work of the Department, including the development of internal regulations regarding the development of IT audit

• IT risks and controls assessment engagements as a part of financial audits conducted for external clients. • Participation in IT consulting projects (IT audit, Information Security, External Quality Control).
