Attend Pre inspection meetings and quality meetings on an as required basis. Attend at quarries to perform inspections on a regular scheduled basis in line with pro-duction. Monitor the quality of aggregate grade produced by quarries and report find-ings to SQS Manager. Select aggregate samples for independent laboratory testing, pass to laboratory for testing. Review Supplier (Quarries) test results against project specifications / Kazakh Gost and SnIP standards. Witness testing of aggregate samples at supplier and independent testing laboratories, review & attest records. Maintain overall log of quarry production batches / loads against test results. Raise & report any non-conformances against Supplier if required, and submit NC Report to SQS Manager. Prepare and submit inspection reports for each visit to quarry & laboratory including inspection results, test results & any concessions, deviations and non-conformances raised / outstanding to SQS Manager. Coordinate with other parties, (including TCO and KPJV engineers) to ensure attendance at Suppliers quarries. Support site assessments of Supplier capability, compliance and management systems. Monitor whether non-conformances are recorded and closed out.

Verify compliance with construction documents, including safety standards, by monitoring project progress, onsite construction inspections, calculations and placements. Review Contractors work method statements and engineering deliverables as required Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are understood by Contractor and a plan is in place to meet these milestones. Liaise with Contractors Quality team to ensure that the specifications and quality standards are being achieved and adhered to in line with contract conditions. Assist Contract Administrator and provide technical support in Site Instructions and reports of progress measurement. Review technical change proposals from Contractor. Provide technical assistance for the construction completion, turnover and commissioning of the facilities as required. Provides the necessary client acceptance in handover documentation. Liaise with (Perth based) design team for monitoring of progress and to ensure engineering deliverables are being prioritised to meet Construction needs. Issue and follow Non Conformance Reports, Technical Queries and Project Deviation Notices (and other field engineering documents) as needed and close them out. Provide Engineering support to Construction Management when required Complete regular progress reporting as required. Assist design engineering team with constructability input and communication of Kazakhstan engineering requirements and regulations, as required.
