As a Field coach supported and coached the workforce and supervisors at the client side in support of HSE processes consistent with an IIF approach. Was responsible for co-leading formal IIF training as well as leading ad hoc IIF interventions such as establishing an IIF Champions network, and promoting the client's Save A Life campaign. IIF (Incident and Injury Free) is part of the Chevron TCO FGP HSE program and is implemented with the goal of raising the awareness of workers in the understanding of safety and creating an environment where everyone can feel supported and cared for. Assistants to Project Management in the development and implementation of the IIF Initiatives. Demonstrate visible leadership in IIF Initiative activities. Actively supporting project personnel to internalize IIF commitments and principles.
