Tender & Contract Management: - Full-cycle tender management from ITT receipt to contract award (pre-tender through post-tender) for major clients: KPO, TCO, NCOC, Reestr Nadlock, Samruk Kazyna - Market research, budgetary proposals, and pre-qualifications - Local content calculation and compliance reporting (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) Commercial Strategy & Pricing: - Negotiate competitive pricing strategies across product lines - Collaborate with regional offices, product lines, and sales teams to develop pricing frameworks - Analyze strategic transactions and provide actionable insights to minimize risk and maximize profitability Operations & Team Leadership: - Lead large-scale tender processes: organize kick-off meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage deliverables - Transform project plans into executable tasks with clear accountability and progress tracking - Distribute responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure on-time delivery Systems & Process Optimization: - Manage end-to-end workflows in Salesforce and XaitPorter CRM (application monitoring, contract management, stakeholder coordination) - Streamline processes to enhance team collaboration, operational scalability, and service quality - Oversee project approvals, reviews, and workflow management

- Prepare and execute purchase orders, supply/rental/service contracts within Weatherford intercompany group - Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs - Approve purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services - Prepare commercial & procurement (C&P) reports for management review - Register, monitor, and ensure compliance of commercial contracts for customer purchase orders, works, and services
