Deliver, develop, deploy, implement, support, administer and maintain ICT Infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective operations aligned with business requirements, SLAs and OLAs. Plan, implement and control ICT Infrastructure and back-end services, including negotiation, monitoring and continuous improvement of service delivery. Take full responsibility for design, procurement, installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and upgrade of server and data center infrastructure, including HP server equipment (HP ProLiant). Administer, monitor and troubleshoot HP server hardware, firmware, RAID controllers, storage subsystems, power and cooling components using HPE iLO, HPE OneView and related management tools. Advanced administration and troubleshooting of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix), virtualization platforms and enterprise storage & backup solutions. Support Hosting & Storage, System Services and DC/DR projects in cooperation with team leads, technical teams and vendors. Monitor KPIs, system availability, performance, capacity, integrity and confidentiality of information; ensure timely incident, problem and request resolution. Ensure ICT Operations projects are aligned with Project Management and reporting standards. Develop and maintain ITSM documentation, including operational procedures, business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Provide 24×7 on-call support for emergency situations (power outages, network failures, hardware faults, DR activities). Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Support and administration of workstations, printers, and peripherals

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults; Replacing parts as required; Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; supporting the roll-out of new applications; Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs; Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time; Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers; Testing and evaluating new technology; Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Service fields of IT infrastructure. - Administration of servers, storage systems (DSS), backup systems; - Installation, transfer, adds-on and modification in workstation (AWP) of the user; - Maintenance of network equipment (modems, routers, switches); - PC administration, account management, basic IT services; - Preventive and regular maintenance of workstations; - Maintenance of software and copiers.
