Lead end-to-end demand & supply forecasting process for Kazakhstan and Belarus (SKU × Channel). Own full product flow: demand validation - order calculation with factories- PO creation - warehouse stock control. Execute hyperstock reduction projects at key account warehouses, improving inventory efficiency and cash flow. Develop, maintain and upload forecasts using SAP IBP (Excel add-in). Applied analytical and statistical approaches to improve forecast accuracy and inventory planning. Partnered with E-commerce team to design forecasting processes for trade agreements in e-com channel. Prepare and deliver regular reporting for global teams, ensuring forecast accuracy, transparency and alignment. Drive cross-functional collaboration with factories, supply chain, sales and finance to ensure OTIF performance.
