 Plan, create or schedule work plans for the engineering organization.  Provides these services for on site for the project from initiation, through closeout, with lessons learned to establish best practices.  Monitors the performance of internal and external engineering resources, operational resources, and client support resources.  Works closely with engineering managers/engineers assigning and managing resources to develop accurate reliable resource loaded schedule  Ensures engineering baselines for cost and schedule are established and monitored against actual engineering performance  Produces engineering variance reports and performance dashboards (i.e. Director, Manager, CT/WMA/EMA, project PM, etc.)  Utilizes system and scheduling techniques, practices and criteria to develop, maintain, analyze, and evaluate best approaches; anticipates changes and recommends solutions.  Develops detailed logic for engineering activities for work performed by both internal and external personnel  Interface with stakeholders including but not limited to department management and team members, project management, engineering management and team members, and contracted personnel, as required.  Analyzes proposed project schedule versus actual completed tasks; participates in self-assessments and prompt adequate resolution of identified issues.

Workface Planning (WFP) is a practice that delivers detailed construction plans with processes to affect the removal of Constraints prior to execution. WFP is recognized as a best practice that supports improved craft labour productivity and predictability. The integrated Future Growth Project‐ Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP‐WPMP) project is designed to further increase total daily production from the Tengiz reservoir and maximize the ultimate recovery of resources.  Breaking the work to be performed to several packages in order to effectively manage same work on the site;  Creating applicable schedules for future works and keep tracking them;  Managing manpower and equipment resources on schedule for site works;  Basics in civil disciplined work, including foundation works and earthworks;  As contractor presenting performed reports to company;  Doing 3‐week‐look‐ahead schedules as the tool of keep tracking site activities for each individual work package by reporting amount of manpower needed for that similar work.
