• Lead and control Drilling, Completion, WO/WI activities on 4 major oil fields: Komsomolskoe, Tasbulat, Turkmenoi and Aktas. Well depths (5800mMD / 5000mTVD). Horizontal wells with MD up to 5500 m. 2 Drilling rigs 2000hp, 2 WO rigs with 500hp with overall POB – 160. Overall WO and Drilling supervisors at field 16 (day/night) including HSE. • Daily monitor and follow Drilling, WO/WI operations, ensure all contractors follow Company policies standards, and procedures, local industrial safety regulations and perform services and operations as per approved Drilling, Completion and WO/WI program. • Attend daily overall operational meeting and conduct individual operational meeting with assigned Drilling and WO and HSE Supervisors to discuss overall operation evaluations. • Lead to prepare WO/WI programs as per request from Production and DRE departments. • Recommend changes in some aspects of completion/workover program to optimize completion methods and techniques, check and sign prepared WO/WI Programs. • Coach and advise WO/WI supervisors through operation issues during execution. • Pre-spud check rig equipment and layout, sign prior each Drilling and WO/WI operations. • Follow rig move, rig up/down operations: Permit to work (including JSA and TBT) according to the WO procedures, hand overing documentations, equipment layout according to approved program. • Control and follow up downhole equipment stock status from warehouses to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. • Lead Supervisors to control contractor personnel, services and equipment are available at wellsite on planned date and avoid any delay in operations. • Control and track inspection of rig and lifting equipment, actions plans and track progress in closing actions. • Ensure Contractor is owning and following its preventive maintenance system to know status of equipment, inspection intervals to minimize down times. • Monthly and quarterly downtime analysis of Drilling, WO/WI operations. • Daily/Monthly/Quarterly cost control, cumulative expenditure and AFEs, quality control for all operations. • Issue Drilling, WO/WI budget estimates and input data for CAPEX and OPEX build up. • Monthly field visit to monitor and evaluate contractor/subcontractor performances, safety, and continuous performance improvement. Health Safety Security & Environment evaluation. • Monitoring, guiding, checking, and identifying contractors’ technical behavior, understanding and propose correction measures according Contractor management procedure and service contract. • Weekly review and preplanning upcoming drilling campaign. Set individual goals and do within deadlines. • Ensure lessons learning session after each operation and distribution to the relevant participants and stake holders. • Inform Head of assets in case of any incident, unsafe act, or operation, get approval for any change on operational plans for MOC. • Check and control Drilling, WO/WI programs, WO and HSSE reports, review final well reports, after action reviews, quality check the “End of Well” reports and optimization of plans. • Check and sign completed operations invoices and submit to Head of Assets. • Prepare and submit yearly Budget for all services according to plans. • Prepare and submit technical requirements and scope of work for tendering, MR for all services to Procurement and support negotiation for Drilling and Workover related contracts and associated services specification. • Preparation of tender process for all services provided. Financial and technical evaluation of incoming bids. • Obtain permits, approvals, and notifications necessary to accomplish a well project. • Participate weekly well performance optimization meeting discussions with DRE and Production departments, suggest methods for development plans for WO jobs. • Prepare and schedule Drilling Campaigns, WO operations. Engineering design and studies. • Closely work with contractors and plan upcoming operations. • Perform weekly minutes of meetings with contractors to discuss issues, LLs, propose/recommend measures to improve performance of works and provision of missing tasks, and prevent any delays, problems on operations. • Assist in development of Emergency Response documentation and to support the management of incidents in accordance with the procedures to ensure personnel safety, installation integrity and minimize impacts through preventing escalation of incidents. • Attend weekly management meetings to provide weekly report to top management. • Oversee all drilling, workover operations, including hiring and training new employees and monitoring performance. • Organize trainings for WO supervisors to improve experience and performances of operations at fields.

• Monitoring completion and workover activities and performs offset well production and completion analyses. • Responsible for preparing the well proposal and basis of design for new well completions and workover activities and following the technical execution of programs. • Participating in well reviews to assist with diagnosis of well performance problem, and recommending programs for improvement or remediation of specific wells. • Responsible for daily operations, reporting, logistics, special operations, technical engineering, safety and implementation of new equipment. • Preparation of Drilling, Well Completion and WO Programs, Engineering Studies, AFE's and budgeting, End of Well Reports, After Action Reviews, Performance Optimization. • Preparing tender process for all services provided. Financial and technical evaluation and selection of incoming bids. • Supervising drilling, workover, well completion operations and execution of all routine operational programs carried out by drilling contractor/service companies on assigned rig. • Monitoring and reporting on the activities of service company personnel involved in the provision of technical services operations covering; logging, fishing, running and pulling tubing, running completions, acidizing, hydraulic fracturing, cementing, production testing, sampling, coring, etc. • Liaises with company stores to ensure timely return of equipment and surplus materials. • Drafting a variety of cost and activity reports such as daily costing, cumulative expenditure reports including consumption of materials, equipment and general progress of work. • Ensuring contractor personnel, services and material, are available at rig site when required for drilling and completion operations so to avoid any delay in operations. Workover and Drilling activity Rig site: • Supervise the operations on the Rig site activities including: well completion/re-completion the well killing job, replacing old completion, cement Plugging, logging, designing and running a new Completion, milling, fishing, well cleaning, bridge plugging and temporary completion, ESP Pump installation, prepare daily & final reports for Workover & Completion activity. Rig-less Operations: • Supervise the operations for the following Rig-Less activities: Wire-line operations, for example, P.L.T, Perforating through tubing & TCP gun, setting Bridge plug. Coil tubing operations, for example acidizing, cement Plugging, nitrogen gas lifting. • Finding best solutions for problems, working in accordance with the health and security rules.

Surveillance and optimization of daily production.Development, and analysis of the wells. Production forecasting, well testing, economic modeling and PVT analysis of reservoir fluids. Generate well in-flow performance curves. Focus on production and injection well performance analysis, diagnosis of potential problems, and the design of remedial and intervention programs, appropriate and cost effective reservoir depletion schemes such as water flooding or gas injection to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. Review of field performance for partners and authorities. Work together with other members of the team to identify optimum appraisal plans and select appraisal well locations, objectives and data gathering needs.Economic evaluation of wells.
