- Support Aktogay Copper Concentrator-1 Operations Support Department with English-Russian-Kazakh translation/interpretation to ensure safe, efficient and timely accomplishment of DFR Upgrade Project (Direct Flotation Reactors). - Ensure accurate translation for design engineering documentation, Engineering-geological survey reports, IOM (Installation/Operation/Maintenance) manuals, DFR pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, monthly project progress reports, daily correspondence between the Customer, Vendor and Contractor companies. - Provide interpretation at the Daily Production meetings, Weekly Project Progress Update Meeting, Weekly Safety meeting and other planned/unplanned meetings. - Provide interpretation support for Project Technical Managers and Project engineers ensuring effective communication through the business day. - Accompany Project managers and Engineers to provide interpretation on project construction site upon request.

- Ensure concise verbal translation from Russian to English and/or Kazakh and from English to Russian and/or Kazakh during active stage of submerged-arc furnace turnaround activities. - Provide interpretation support for SMS Group Vendor to complete submerged-arc furnace cooling cylinders’ repair works with high quality meeting project timeline. - Ensure accurate translation for such Project documentation as operating manuals, work progress reports, contracting documentation, bill of materials, operating procedures and step by step instructions. - Provide interpretation support during Shift Meetings and Safety meetings. - Provide verbal translation for members of different engineering teams involved to communicate on daily pre-commissioning, commissioning and pre-start-up events. - Interpretation during conference calls with Vendor representative joining on Teams. - Good command of metallurgical and mining terminology such as quartz mining and processing (Upstream and Downstream).

Written translation from Russian or/and Kazakh to English and from English to Russian or/and Kazakh of FGP Operations ISUP/SOP/NOP/COP procedures (working in SmartProcedure app), 3GP/3GI/PBF Area Process Units Reglaments, Process Equipment Start-up strategies/Communication/Execution/Safety Plans, Process & Electrical Equipment Operating Instructions, Go/no-Go start-up strategies/Work Method Statements, Notifications and Prikaz. Provide interpretation at HAZID/HAZOP/PHA Sessions, provide verbal translation at the Trainings for FGP Operations personnel (Gas Turbine, Air Compressor Vendor Trainings). Provide translation support during Shift Meetings. Ensure interpretation (from/to Russian – Kazakh - English) in the meetings with the engagement of multi-discipline cross-functional team members discussing construction, systems completion, mechanical completion, commissioning, pre-startup daily events. Daily translation of Shift Turnover Reports Log (Kazakh to English). Translators Pool Coordinator responsibilities: - translation load sharing, workload distribution in a balanced manner and prioritizing works requests. - post-translation proofreading making sure translations are concise, high quality and in compliance with company accepted terminology. - monitor customer indicated due dates for work requests are observed. - monitor plant /office positions coverage and proactively regroup/redistribute if necessary. - coordinate with other FGP project translator pools when we need a translation support. - provide reporting to FGP Operations Procedure Supervisor on translators/translations progress on a weekly basis (Excel Reports). - new potential hires selection: screening, testing and interviewing the candidates.

English interpreter - translator (technical) (Oil&Gas Industry) Part of Automation team language support for Plant Operations. Work with KTL Automation Operations Support Supervisor/Senior Consultants/Console operators. Good knowledge of technical terms and abbreviations (specific area of knowledge - DCS (Distributed Control System), FSC (Fail Safe Control), PHD (Process Historical data), PLC (Programmable Logical Control), instrumentation, Honeywell/SCADA). Written translation of technical and scientific documents, incident investigation reports, control philosophies, guidelines and other Plant control system/ logic related documents. Bilingual interpretation on monthly/ weekly Group Safety Meetings. Interpret daily meetings in CCR (Central Control Room) where both operators and technical personnel communicate daily processing events. Interpret console operator training on Alarm Management. Good command of technical English & Russian as well as process control, automation and operator specific vocabulary. Active participation in brainstorming trainings and presentations on Alarm Objective Analysis (AOA), Operator Corrective Actions (OCA), DMCPlus Controller (Dynamic Matrix Control) roll out project, Alarm Management as an interpreter. Administrative responsibilities: prepare minutes of meetings, keep record of negotiations, keep correspondence going. Planning, preparation and arrangement of a variety events (sessions, trainings, business lunch and teambuilding). Ensure operation of all office equipment and arrange maintenance if required. Ordering stationeries.

SGP\KTL Turnaround & Special Projects Team. (technical) (Oil&Gas Industry) Responsible to provide daily interpretation on Safety, Update & Turnover meetings. On site interpretation on daily basis (specific area of knowledge - reactors, columns, HRSG, stacks). Provide written translation of technical documentation, daily turnover reports, information letters related to the operation of the department, correspondence within the department.

Process Control Optimization Group Sulfur Recovery Team English Interpreter - translator (technical) (Oil&Gas industry) Responsible for verbal interpretation of daily Fire&Gas meetings, Sulphur Recovery Group meetings, routine business conversations between local and international personnel, site walkdown, field activities. Provide written translation of onsite documentation: weekly reports, FTP, CFD, MOC, etc. Later shifted to a position of an interpreter for TCO SGI/SGP PCO Instrumentation Team Leader.
