- providing for legal opinion, due diligence (checking legal status of clients, the rights in rem, right to demand the assets and so on under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan); - drafting internal normative acts (introduction of amendments/supplements), alignment of those with other departments, proceeding them up to approval stage; - consulting personnel on the legal issues related to the Bank’s activity; - drafting contracts/templates of contracts (loan agreements, pledge agreements, assignment agreements and guarantees); - designing structure of deals according to the legislation of Kazakhstan; - drafting and providing for the reports on revealed breaches/risks of the breaches of law, risks to fail meet legal deadlines/duties under legislation or contracts.

- Acting on behalf of Head of the Methodology division in the absence of latter; - providing for legal opinion, due diligence (checking legal status of clients, the rights in rem, right to demand the assets and so on under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan); - organizing annual general meeting of shareholders; - drafting internal normative acts (introduction of amendments/supplements), alignment of those with other departments, proceeding them up to approval stage; - consulting personnel on the legal issues related to the Bank’s activity; - drafting contracts/templates of contracts (loan agreements, pledge agreements, assignment agreements and guarantees); - working out legislation proposals concerning banking/consumer protection issues, cooperation with AFK (Association of financiers of Kazakhstan), state agencies, national holdings, disputing settlements with state authorities; - designing structure of deals according to the legislation of Kazakhstan; - drafting and providing for the reports on revealed breaches/risks of the breaches of law, risks to fail meet legal deadlines/duties under legislation or contracts.

To contribute to the work of the unit in policies and missions, rules, procedures and activities of the Commission in the area of food safety and the relations with the European Food Safety Authority. To participate in meetings/working groups and committees at different levels and reporting on it, legal analysis on judgement in food safety/internal market fields
