Treasury Operations: - Organization and control of daily payments (in KZT and foreign currencies); - Maintaining the payment register and ensuring timely execution; - Managing account balances and ensuring sufficient liquidity; - Liaising with banks on cash management and settlement services. Budgeting and Planning: - Participation in the preparation and coordination of the company’s budget (OPEX, CAPEX, Cash Flow); - Development of short-term and long-term financial plans; - Monitoring budget execution, analyzing variances and their causes; - Preparing recommendations to optimize expenses and improve cost efficiency. Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Preparation of management reports in accordance with corporate standards (P&L, CF, BS); - Consolidation of data from departments and participation in monthly closing; - Preparing analytical notes and presentations for management; - Participation in the automation of financial reporting and related processes. Additional Responsibilities: - Contribution to the development and implementation of financial policies and regulations; - Support during audits and provision of necessary documentation; - Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (accounting, legal, auditors, etc.). Financial and Economic Model (FEM) Management: - Analysis, updating, and maintenance of the company’s financial model; - Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes. Regulatory Compliance of Financial Operations: - Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and external legal requirements; - Participation in the development and updating of financial policies and procedures. Business Project Analysis: - Evaluation of project profitability and investment attractiveness; - Development of financial models for project analysis and decision-making.

- Manage all aspects of the financial block, including structure, reporting, taxes, consolidation, evaluation, and ALM management. - Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to ensure sustainable financial positioning. - Coordinate the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same. - Implement best practices and tools to ensure flexibility and control within the organization. - Ensure compliance with international and local financial requirements by studying legislation and taking appropriate actions. - Interact with auditors at various levels to control reporting and provide analytical information. - Develop budget proposals in collaboration with senior management, ensure access to project finance information, and control contract and grant compliance. - Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. - Manage risks by analyzing company liabilities and investments, evaluating and managing capital structure and fundraising initiatives. - Coordinate HR operations, collaborating with external service providers (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other HR aspects. - Monitor business performance using tracking tools, implement corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and the entire company.

Credit lines, bank guarantees, letters of credit, credit analysis, financial statements, etc. Analysis of financial statements. Collaboration with banks. Coordination and control of operations of a non-resident company; Documentation flow of a non-resident company; Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable; Cash flow planning and execution of payments.

Database management and optimization. Reports: daily, weekly, monthly (plan vs. actual). KPI calculation. Experience with Power BI.
