- Control over the performance of the responsible person of the WRP, except for introductory instruction at the workplace-primary, repeated, unscheduled and targeted instruction.
- Control over the compliance of employees with legislative and other acts on labor protection.

- Organization of periodic, pre-shift medical examinations.

- Timely completion of the task on the training Matrices, as a result of the organization of training on expired certificates, in accordance with Order 1019 on the approval of the Training Rules of 2015 and GOST, SSBT.

- Organization and coordination of work on labor protection at the enterprise, monitoring compliance in structural divisions of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection, carrying out preventive work to prevent industrial injuries, occupational and production-related diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions at the enterprise, providing employees with established benefits and compensation for working conditions.
- Organization of the study of working conditions in the workplace, work on measuring the parameters of dangerous and harmful production factors, certification and certification of workplaces and production equipment for compliance with labor protection requirements, control over the timely implementation of planned activities. - Participation in the investigation of accidents at the enterprise and the development of measures to prevent them.
- In case of an accident at work, taking urgent measures to prevent the development of an emergency situation and the impact of traumatic factors on other persons.
- Informing the employees on behalf of employer on labour conditions in the workplace and on the measures taken for the protection from dangerous and harmful factors, ensures the preparation of documents for compensation of harm caused to health of workers in an accident at work or occupational disease.
- Organization of inspections, inspections of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machines and mechanisms for compliance with their requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection, inspections of the efficiency of ventilation systems, the state of sanitary facilities, collective and individual protection of employees.
- Ensuring the participation of Department staff in the preparation and submission of proposals on development and introduction of more perfect designs of protective technics, safety and blocking devices, other protection from hazardous and harmful production factors, the development and implementation of measures to create a safe and healthy working conditions, rational modes of work and rest.
- Participate in the drafting of the section" Labor protection " of the collective agreement, monitor its implementation, as well as the implementation of the instructions of state supervision and control bodies, and other measures to improve working conditions.
- Participation in the approval of project documentation developed at the enterprise, in the work of commissions for the acceptance into operation of completed construction or reconstructed production facilities, for the acceptance from repair of installations, aggregates and other equipment in terms of compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection.
- Providing methodological assistance to the heads of departments of the enterprise in drawing up lists of professions and positions, according to which employees must undergo mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations, as well as lists of professions and positions, according to which, on the basis of current legislation, employees are provided with compensation and benefits for severe, harmful or dangerous working conditions, when developing and reviewing instructions on labor protection,
- Ensuring the implementation of introduced and repeated briefings, training and testing of knowledge on labor protection of employees of the enterprise.
- Control of correctness of spending funds on implementation of measures on labour protection in subdivisions of the enterprise, analyzes, and summarizes proposals for their expenditure and setting out the basis of allocation to the enterprise of means of territorial Fund of labor protection measures to improve conditions and labor protection.
- Organization of the work of the office for labor protection, promotion and information on labor protection issues at the enterprise using for these purposes the internal radio network, television, wall newspapers, shop windows, providing the company's divisions with rules, norms, instructions, posters and other visual aids on labor protection, as well as providing them with methodological assistance in equipping appropriate information stands.
- Bringing to the attention of employees of the enterprise new legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection, organization of storage of documentation on labor protection, preparation of reports on the established forms and in accordance with the terms established by regulatory legal acts on labor protection.
- Participation in the consideration of letters, applications and complaints of employees on labor protection issues and the preparation of proposals to the employer on them to eliminate existing and identified shortcomings and omissions during investigations, as well as the preparation of responses to applicants.
- Liaise with medical institutions, research and other organizations on occupational safety issues and take measures to implement their recommendations.
- Management of employees of the department.
- Take part in safety and operations meetings (Contractor and Customer). Include a brief speech concerning Safety before starting any meeting. Conduct or help facilitating safety meeting when it is necessary.
- Prepare and conduct different types of presentations to customers based on their request
- Support Contractors by providing assistance in solving issues rated to safety at TCO work sites.
- Conduct audits on work permits with 1 and 2 level supervisors
- Participate in scheduled HSE restarting inspection, industrial hazard analysis
- Gave a help to supervisors and operators how to rightly understand Safety instruc-tions and HSE requirements.
- Participate in insignificant incident investigations. Help with document preparation, in conducting investigation reasons of incidents etc. Provides consultation on incident investigation techniques. Assists team in identifying root causes of incidents.
- Exercised industrial control on waste handling in accordance with program
- Develop and support responses tracking system to direction points, given by public authorities of ROK, and points of TCO to implementation till the end.
- Closely cooperate with RA&C Team to solve issues associated with RoK Agencies.
- Support in accompaniment scheduled/unscheduled visits, authorities representa-tives, ROK ministries inspections at OffPlot areas
- Review work conditions at the work places, prepare and provide suggestions on implementation of advanced protective equipment to protect from acute and chronic hazards. Issue the appropriate recommendations and ensure that they are completed.
- Focus environmental programs on prevention through effective monitoring (Indus-trial monitoring), reporting and awareness
- Participate in JHA meetings (at design stage) to evaluate projects from safety stand point and ensure acceptable risk at design phase.
