Description of the activities, responsibilities, main interfaces: * Working with RINA internal programs and databases for marine, industry and certification activities for recording and traceability of clients, business development processes, contracts and invoices; * Contract management (preparation of contracts, amendments, prolongations, compliance with their conditions, calculation of invoices); * Preparation of tender documentation; * QC inspections (visual inspections of pipes, railways, railway sleepers, containers, etc.); * Assistance in ISO audits (checking the companies according audit checklists, interview with personnel of audited companies, translation of audit documents); * Technical translation of documents - contracts, ship classification rules, audit procedures & checklists, etc.; * Travel organization for personnel
