Workforce Development Analyst (Facilities Engineering)
Consults and coordinates full cycle of the Facilities Engineering departments business planning.
Acts as the main contact person for data collection and inputs to Business Planning & Consolidation system.
Coordinates the business planning process on main aspects, including but not limited to strategic staffing plan, operational expenses, contracts, services provided by Chevron Corporation affiliated partners, training plans of the Facilities Engineering departments and internal groups, MEJ projects, services of contractor companies.
Preparation business planning for next year: Contracting & training budget plan.
Participates in regular meetings with line supervisors and department managers to discuss forecasting, planning and cost control, staffing plan.
Monthly, quarterly analysis of staffing & training reporting to Department Heads and Leadership Development Team.
Systematically analyses and enters information on the recruitment, internal transfer, training, and development of employees in the database of FE.
Training/Workforce Development:
Managing, allocating and controlling the Training budget for Workforce Development of Facilities Engineering Department.
Validating and identifying of the utility of the requested trainings in abroad with large expenses and analyse local market to find alternatives prior getting an approval for international training, according to Cost discipline strategy.
Interface with group leads for utilization of the training budget, updating Training Plan master file.
Organizing Personnel development committee, to get approval for employee’s certification via Company budget if it's required.
Recommends improvements and solutions by identifying problems and anticipating requirements.
Implements and supports BI Dashboard, giving visibility to Staffing/Training Budget Schedule/Monthly Reports etc. for each Facilities Engineering department Groups, creates and updating Dashboards in Power Bi.
Strategic Staffing/Recruitment:
Participating in selection process for department vacant slots/vacancies.
Organizes graduate job fair and experienced job fair events, coordinates FE and HR joint effort.
Provides a weekly report to FE groups leads on the status of the hiring process (searching, interview, selection).
Coordinates the conduct of interviews, practical test with candidates proposed by the HR Recruitment Group for vacant positions.
Strictly monitors all stages of the process of Internal and External search of candidates from the moment of applying for search to the execution of an employment agreement, updates status tracking master file.
Provide detailed guidance in required personnel as support.
