- Coordinate and supervise workers activities to effectively manage Material Handling, Inventory Control and maximize productivity and efficiency. - Operations control to ensure personnel are following all safety and operations procedures properly and effectively. - Perform supervising duties related material shipping, receiving, issuing and delivering. Materials can be hazardous. - Maintain documentation and traceability of material. - Planning, organize, and implements inventory operations and procedures; supervise physical Inventory Count.- Preparation for year end inventory count. - Daily inventory activities review; maintain accurate inventory reports, inventory cataloging control. - Stock control to organize, maintain warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, material segregation, MSDS availibility, climate controlled areas for sensitive materials, etc. - Daily and weekly run reports in 1C ERP to keep WHSE staff system duties under control, make sure that all activities done correct. - Preparation for customs audit, quarterly update customs report. - Work closely with the materials team in all aspects of warehouse functions. - Performing other related duties as required.

And lead in monthly inventory meeting with PSLs. - Responsible for inventory counts of all Plants and Mobile Storage Locations in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. - Preparation of monthly stocks report; incoming and outgoing transactions.
