• Conducting all materials management activities safely and in accordance with the Company's HSE policies and RoK Indastrial Safety Standarts. • Appling the provisions of the Agip KCO Quality Management System (QMS), particularly with respect to the Purchasing and Equipment Standards modules. • Managing the receipt, storage, usage, return and re-supply of consumables and capital items with Certificates on to rigs, bases of contractors, workshops. • Controlling the storage and handling of any hazardous materials and sensetives equipmet in accordance with Company policy, manufacturers' recommendations, local legislation and API standarts. • Producing timely reports on the inventory and usage of spares, conduct periodic reviews of stock levels and make recommendations for changes in order to advise the Rig Managers of any issues related to materials management which could merit their attention • Keeping records of materials movements and inventory levels, issues and produce reports to the Area Office in a format which meets local customs and fiscal requirements for reporting purposes • Liaising and follow-up with user departments, purchasing and vendors for clarifications, modifications and updating of materials data in the SAP system based on the evolving product changes. • Liaising and follow-up with Project teams to ensure that project materials are entered into the system to facilitate reception of material and payment. • Controlling the technical logistics department and Custom Department on the reception of stock and Rental materials by resolving material data description and update master data. • Supervise and Cordinate job of two engineers and one QA\QC engineer in order to have full controll on contractors activities on site.

• Manage plant logistic services to comply with contract and satisfy customer by implementation of procedures and safety rules. • Conduct the job in COWTF under AGIP KCO Bautino base HSE rules and ISO standard (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001). • Consultation and coordination with the others companys working on site to manage interfaces and resolve problems. • Manage maintenance of equipments to ensure availability of services to the customer at all the time. • Ensure the provision of logistics support to customer and others contractors, as per their requirements • Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the plant • Manage documentation as per customer requirements (reports, time sheets, procedures, Job Safety Analisys, WRAP, permit to work, orders, material transfert notes, waste transfert notes) • Manage 50 people team.

• Coordinating all storages and material movements across all PSL within Bautino Base • Responsible for data entry in SAP system for all material movements • Expediting all incoming/outgoing material deliveries • Control over all goods movements, i.e. Receipts, Issues, Transfers across all Mobile Stock • Perform Cycle Count of all Inventory at Bautino Base • Ensure all documents are followed proper approval process and submitted in a timely manner (MTT; Usage Tickets and etc) • Responsible for all receipt process of chemicals and equipment • Responsible for proper chemical handling as per COSHA, Dangerous Goods Regulation • Preparing chemicals for Call-Offs • Control loading and unloading of chemicals • Expediting chemical orders • Maintain document processing in a timely manner • Process and issue Material Transfer Tickets, Good Receipt Note, Stock Movement Tickets, Order List, Dangerous Goods Declaration, Usage Tickets.
