FGP 3GP Systems Completion Site Engineer
I have extensive experience working with punch lists at all project stages, from creation and classification to managing their closure. I have effectively tracked punch status, ensuring transparency and control over task completion. I managed the availability and delivery of materials, ensuring their timely use during the completion phase. This included collaborating with logistics and contractors to minimize delays. I have been involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system testing, compliance checks, and defect resolution. I am also experienced with completions management systems such as MCPlus, CMS, eB, Coreworx, iPIMS, APMS, Punch List Planning App, Systems Completion Management Tool and etc. I coordinated interactions between engineers, contractors, and operators, prioritizing clear communication and effective task allocation. Maintained records of receipt, transfer, and write-off of inventory and fixed assets (FA). Ensured timely preparation of primary documents (invoices, write-off acts, acceptance certificates). Participated in inventory counts and reconciled data with physical stock. Was responsible for asset registration, commissioning, transfer, and write-off of fixed assets. Worked with accounting systems: MatMan, Excel. Prepared internal reports for auditors and management. Coordinated with other departments (warehouse, procurement, IT, internal audit). Maintained documentation flow and participated in inspections. Additional work I did: • Provide structure and discipline to the constraint management process • Maintains constraint tool and seeks improvements opportunities on the constraint management process - Single point of contact to coordinate and track discipline execution constraints - Perform daily check ins with key stakeholders from assigned discipline team to ensure any new constraints are logged in tool and collect feedback to understand priority constraints - Integrate with discipline team and attend team meetings to better understand ongoing constraints - Attend 7DLA meetings for assigned disciplines - Interface regularly with discipline planners to communicate on constraints - Assign accountable persons to constraints in accordance with the constraint contact matrix - Interface with responsible person to ensure they understand their assigned constraints. Ensure constraint forecast date and status (open/closed) is maintained - Promote use of the tool with responsible person to ensure constraints are closed in timely manner - Ensures constraint data accuracy and quality - Perform daily reviews of newly added constraints. Ensure: - Constraint type is correct - Constraint description is clear - Responsible person is assigned as per matrix - Forecast closure date is added - Other fields are populated if applicable - Interface daily with the site interface coordinator to ensure constraint notifications are sent out to responsible persons - Perform weekly reviews of PLI Classifications for newly created A-PLIs assigned to Mechanically Complete subsystems to ensure PLI classification in MC plus PLI register is accurate - Ensures the constraint tool is properly functioning, develop improvements opportunities on the constraint management process and tools geared to support improved performance by the execution team. - Develops data analysis and constraints key performance indicators, metrics and trends. Interface with the assigned disciplines to provide reports and updates on overall constraints and trends. - Capture and shares lessons learned with other SC teams in the project and implement actions from other teams’ lessons -Validating RFIs Documentation in iPIMS -Punch Material Review -Validating Punch Items
