Develop overall site-traffic plans and coordinate with MPM on overall movement within the 3GP area and Iaydown and storage areas at CC and other locations (as required). This would include: develop Traffic Plans & Rules. Coordinate movement of-materials, equipment and MPM deliveries around the 3GP Site. Journey planning including route management and controls. Develop Signs & barrier controls o Blue route coordination. Provide updates to the Traffic Management Site Map. Facilitate weekly mobility coordination meeting. Publish/distribute MVS Bulletins, planned road blocks and changes. Liaise with FO’s and HES to ensure sufficient and adequate evacuation roads/routes from site. Liaise with FO’s and contractors to ensure access roads to work site parking areas. Review contractor's Route Management Plans including routes and new operational sites. Coordination of Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) and Land Allocation for Contractors. Work with Construction Engineering to implement the 3GP Procedure for land allocation. Work with Contractors to understand needs for space and land allocation. Resolve conflicts of land allocation. MMI mitigation and control strategies. Manage site and contractor access. Manage speed limits ccontrols. Develop parking designation. Interface between TCO and sub-contractors on different construction scopes. Requesting/Providing materials for construction needs. Working with all Departments to provide sufficient solutions to implement the project and etc.
