Sales Support Manager Eurasia

Support and Development of Information Systems:
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of information systems to enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Organizing the correct extraction of data from DMS/SFA, including purchase, sales, stocks, visits, and orders.
• Implementing data extraction through Image Recognition, including visits and photographs, to improve data quality.
• Maintaining and updating master data in the xCRM system to ensure data integrity.
• Extracting master data for retail outlets, products, and matrices to optimize assortment management.
• Conducting stock equation verification to maintain accounting accuracy and effective inventory management.
Support and Development of Reporting:
• Generating daily sales reports with an analysis of plan, fact, and forecast by country, business, and category, including the calculation of investment levels and a separate slice for net sales.
• Preparing daily inventory reports with an analysis of current stock and transit, calculating stock levels in weeks and SKU availability in the warehouse.
• Compiling daily Sell-in reports with an analysis of plan, fact, and forecast.
• Preparing daily distribution reports, including TOP-11 by product groups, TOP-30 by Purina, and TOP-47 by baby food.
• Analyzing order processing and timely delivery to retail points through the COF/DOT report.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the sales team through the analysis of visits, orders, routes, and strike rate.
• Managing Sales Force data, including time spent at retail points and verifying visits through GPS coordinates.
• Analyzing data from Image Recognition, including On-Shelf Availability, Discipline, Promo Monitoring, and Photo Quality Index.
• Preparing reports on POSM materials, including stock levels in warehouses and analyzing the lifespan of materials.
• Conducting analytics on Bad Goods, including product lifespan, write-offs, and compensation.
• Analyzing Fraud data to identify potential violations.
• Preparing financial reports with an analysis of costs related to Client contracts, Promo Activities, Trading Conditions, Sales Force Expenses, KPI Bonuses, COGS
• Preparing calculations for partner trading conditions and checking P&L.
• Conducting bonus calculations for the sales team.
Achievements in Current Position:
• Successful launch of data exchange integration with distributors in 9 countries (Project Leader).
• Successful launch of the DMS/SFA system "Optimum" in Kazakhstan (Project Leader).
• Implementation of the Image Recognition shelf product identification system in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
• Successful Launch of the DMS/SFA system "Grotem" in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (Project Leader).
• Creation and implementation of reporting from scratch, process automation, and transition to PowerBI, preparation of dashboards.
• Transition of the organization to Net Sales.
• Successful completion of an internal audit for data quality and accuracy in the system.
Additional Activities:
• Participation in the audit of distributors.
• Participation in partner evaluation (Grading).
