Scopes and Areas: Tengiz Field, TCO FGP Project: 3GP, Area 42 Commissioning: Gas Compressors, Dry Gas Seal, Compressor and Motor Lube Oil Systems, Propane Cooling Systems, Sour Gas Dehydration, Mole Sieves, Glycol Cooling, Leak Test Works. Lead the development and management of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including resource-loaded schedules, critical path analysis, and progress tracking. Coordinate and integrate schedules for multiple project phases (e.g., design, construction, commissioning) to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Identify Project Critical path, dependencies, pre-requisites to ensure project plans meet requirements and expectations. Develop and deliver project forecasts, including schedule projections, milestones, "What-If" Scenario. Generate reports on project performance: S-curves, KPIs, and progress reports. Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies, flagging delays, and working with teams to resolve issues. Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that the project is adequately staffed and that resources are optimally used. Leading Planning department by providing clear direction and support. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients on project planning and scheduling status. Running Weekly Progress Meeting with Management and Client.

Scopes and Areas: Tengiz, FGP Project , Control & Power Substations Commissioning: Central, West, South, Main, Utilities 3GI Island Substation, Standby Generators, 10kV Compressor Motors. Building resource-loaded schedules (Level 4-5) for commissioning and construction activities on Power Substation projects, ensuring seamless integration across all project phases (from construction stages to Ready for Start-Up and RFO). - Tracking project progress, using Primavera P6 and Excel and ensure smooth project execution through effective reporting and communication. - Developed and maintained essential reporting documentation, aligned with contractual and client requirements, including: Progress Reports Excel Spreadsheets for tracking Punchlists, Checksheet trackers, and Gameplans Dashboards, S-curves, MP Histograms, KPI Curves, and Skylines Client Progress Meetings: Facilitated Progress meetings with clients (Bluezone/Redzone), identifying key project bottlenecks and coordinating actions to resolve issues promptly.
