I'm responsible for all performance of Supply chain team: Procurement team - managing acknowledgement of purchase documents for stock items, liaises with vendors and suppliers to facilitate on-time deliveries. Maintaining communication with top worst suppliers to identify the root cause and set action plans to improve delays. Material Planning team - defining & controlling material master data, managed material availability (missing parts) as per Maintenance plan and Bill of Materials. Improved outputs to meet demand and customer requirements and achieved inventory targets for finished goods. Implemented SAP to significantly reduce missing parts and automate demand management processes, resulting in improved operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. Logistics - optimizing the logistic flows in compliance with QCDE targets (Quality, Cost, Delay and EHS), applied the best core practices to improve logistics operations. Reduced transportation lead times through route optimisation and carrier management, optimised logistics cost through vendor consolidation, ensuring minimal risk of product damages through effective handling procedures. Communicated with Freight Forwarder to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction from/to several countries (EU, China, RU, India, US). Claimed the FF in case of delays or damages of cargo and improved operational efficiency. Managing hard inventory and slow move items based on ABCD classification. Customs clearance team – monitoring on-time declaration (IM40, IM70, EX21) and submission of customs permits (certificates of conformity, permission of the National Security Committee, SES, phytosanitary inspection, RGI etc.) Warehouse - guaranteed the integrity of the delivered products during transport, reception, storage, handling and unpacking operations; Managed hard inventory and slow move items based on ABCD classification. Function Performance- driving monthly SC team KPI with focus on corporate growth and profitability. Provided a long-term vision to the team, set annual objectives and targets, supported and coach in achieving these targets and objectives, performance appraisals, rewards and recognized merits, set and followed up team members development plans and induction program for newcomers. Budgeting – managing work package based on annual budgeting. Aligning the costs with budget by plan and fact analysis. Customer orientation – focusing on-time delivery of critical broken materials. Identifying the root cause of repair delay with operation and engineering teams. Reporting on the status of purchases and deliveries. - Customs clearance: manage all steps from customs declarations (import and export) to delivery from bonded warehouses. Report in SAP system to accounting dept, register of new vendors in MY integra system and checking of vendors on sunctions.
