Involving with design and planning for conventional wells and also participating in tender responses Providing effective well plans, designs and drilling programs comply with Schlumberger and with customer standards in both English and Russian Evaluating all aspects of drilling performance and maintaining database to capture and share lessons learned Collecting and collating information to monitor performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of, and benchmark D&M drilling performance. Supporting Service delivery and Sales process with technical expertise

Implementing drilling operations and ensuring that they are completed as per schedule Planning, organizing and coordinating oil rig operations Organize the operations of the staff like engineers, workers, contractors, geologists and scientists Make regular reports to the drilling superintendent on the progress of operations Implementing safety measures and regularly monitoring them for irregularities Implementing steps for reducing environmental depletion due to drilling operations Monitor all the drilling operations and make decisions regarding continuation or abandonment of the oil rig in extreme climates Systematic documentation of the oil rig operations

•Preparation of drilling, completion and workover reports for company partners. •Making detailed well completion schematic. •Participation in drafting contracts, holding negotiations with company partners. •Using various engineering and technical tools such as hydraulic calculations, drilling string calculations, cement calculations, etc. while preparing programs to drill, abandon or suspend a well. •Detailed review of history files to prepare data for planned projects. Preparation of reports based on obtained data. Accomplishing additional projects assigned by drilling department management. •Taking part in and obtaining permits for drilling a well. •Attendance at coring operations of company clients. •Arrangement of drilling materials purchase. •Control over prompt shipment of drilling materials to the field. •Preparing tender documentation

•Prepare technical drilling, completion and workover reports to send to partners. Develop detailed schematics of well bore configurations after well work is completed. •Use various engineering tools to design and apply technical requirements of the well work program, including applied hydraulics, drill string design, well control calculations, tubing movement considerations, cement placement design, strength of materials, etc. •Perform detailed research from historical files to document all pertinent data. Prepare detailed reports on findings to Drilling Engineering Advisor, Drilling Engineering Supervisor and his deputy. Perform limited translation of technical Drilling documents. Handle specific projects that are assigned periodically. •Take a part and lead the Well Permit process.

•Supervising on-site operation to drill. Serving as the on-site person in charge (PIC). •Using various engineering tools to design and apply technical requirements of the well work program, including applied hydraulics, drill string design, well control calculations, cement placement design, etc. •Managing drilling support inventory requirements and transportation of all equipment for on-site operations. •Reporting daily operations and all associated supporting reports. •Contribution to maintain an incident free operation which is in support of and in compliance with Company Protecting People and the Environment policy. Responsible to lead and fully administer the safety program on-site including training assurance, safety meetings, assurance procedures, incident investigations, drills and preparation of all required reports.
