• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions specific to vehicle maintenance and transportation facilities to ensure the compliance with government and client safety regulations & standards. • Ensure All relevant Permits to Work are opened prior to commence any activities associated with high risks and hazards exposure. • Ensure & check all appropriate safeguards are in place prior to commence any work associated with high risks and hazards (Lifting, Confined space works, Works at Height, Hot works) • Ensure lifting operations (Crane), Hot Works, Works at Height are performed in line with safety standards and procedures. • Review and ensure over size load transportation process is in line with state and client safety standards with replans correctly developed. • Ensure loads and Cargo are transported in line with Load Restrain procedure, load restrain check lists drafted correctly, loads restrain calculations are carried out, appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure cargo/loads safe moving process. • Ensure all relevant SOPs, Safety Instructions are relevant to the activities being performed and are in place. • Ensure MSDS are in place, signed by employees, and are consistent with current chemical items in works-shop, service bays. • Ensure employees are trained on safe work practices, including proper use of tools and equipment, hazardous materials handling, and emergency procedures. • Investigate and analyze motor vehicle crashes, incidents, near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. • Maintain records and documentation related to health and safety, including incident reports, training records, and safety inspection reports. • Ensure regular safety audits, equipment, vehicle inspections, V&V checks are conducted by HSE & MVS specialist to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards. • Ensure facilities comply with all relevant safety standards with regards to Fire Safety, Industrial safety, and Environmental codes, site facilities are ready for regular government and client audits and inspections. • Develop and regularly review specific task risk assessments related to transportation and fleet maintenance to ensure that all hazards controlled, appropriate safeguards are implemented

• Develop and implement motor vehicle safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and improve safety practices within the organization. • Deliver training programs on safe driving practices and ensure regular safe driving assessment carried out. • Monitor and evaluate compliance with motor vehicle safety standards through audits and inspections. • Lead investigations into motor vehicle accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports with recommendations for prevention. • Implement corrective measures based on accident investigations and safety audits to enhance safety practices. • Ensure Load restrain check lists drafted correctly, loads calculated and correct safeguards are implemented to ensure safe moving process. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to motor vehicle safety, including training records, incident reports, and compliance documentation. • Develop, review, and ensure all rout risk assessments up to date.

• Managing a Bus operations department to ensure efficient operation and maintenance process. • Develop route plans and route risk assessments in conjunction with Motor Vehicle Safety team. • Ensure all drivers have passed state and safety required training. • Arrange daily safety toolbox talks with the drivers. • Ensure drivers have passed the required safety training & instructions such as fire-safety rules, industrial safety & general safety examinations, TCO (client) safety training (H2H, Hand Protection, Electrical Safety) • Arrange the drivers attend the weekly safety & motor vehicle safety meetings. • Ensure the drivers wear all required PPE.
