Responsibilities: • organization of the processes of material and technical supply of existing construction projects, in accordance with the existing procedures of procurement; • control of bringing the above processes to their logical end; • search for suppliers of equipment and services, focusing on the quality of the offered material and technical resources and services, price, terms and favorable terms of supply; • preparation of technical and commercial analyzes in the field of material and technical supply; • drawing up a budget for the purchase of equipment, materials and logistics for the capital construction of oil and gas and energy facilities; • control over the preparation of pre-contractual documentation; • negotiating, concluding contracts for the supply of equipment and services (Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Europe); • preparation of documentation required for customs clearance of supplied equipment and materials; • preparation of the documentation necessary for obtaining decisions on the classification of goods in accordance with the Customs Union Commodity Classification of Foreign Economic Activities; • scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment; • drawing up payment schedules for supply contracts; • monitoring compliance with the above schedules, contractual obligations for the supply of equipment and the provision of services; • control / analysis of warehouse stocks; • provision and control of the delivery of material resources in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contracts, control of their quantity, quality and completeness and storage in the warehouses of the enterprise; • ensuring the regime of compliance with savings; • control over the provision of primary documentation to the accounting department and the budgeting department; • full replacement of the head of the department during his absence (from 2015 to the present); Progress: • ensuring timely delivery of equipment and goods and materials for the capital construction of more than 15 objects of the oil and gas and energy industry, in the period from mid-2014 to end-2020. • full management of the supply of equipment and goods and materials within the framework of the EPC contract "Design, supply and construction of the Beineu gas metering station at the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent gas pipeline"
