Responsibilities: HR projects management, participation in development, implementation and communication of corporate compensation and benefits philosophy, HR policies and procedures; participation in development and administration of C&B projects and programs; responsible for preparation and coordination of various salary related programs including bonus programs and annual salary review program; performance assessment program coordination; salary surveys participation, employee surveys (preparation and conducting, analysis of the data collected, presentation of the results), job evaluations; market analysis; HR budgeting (cost budgeting for HR&Adminstration Dept. + WF budgeting coordination for the whole corporation), supervision over 1 direct and 21 functional subordinates.
