Contractors' Conflicts, Risk Management & Local Authorities Interface Coordinator
• ensure compliance of contractor management staff practices and systems with RoK legislation and Company standards/policy;
• ensure compliance of all contractors, involved in the full range of Company operations, with RoK legislation and Company Procedures;
• carry out monitoring and audits in the field of contractor and subcontractor social and employment relations (collection of information, analysis and evaluation)
• regular provision of official reports to Contract Holders, detecting violation of contractual terms and conditions, advising possible solutions and taking timely measures;
• identifying of business risks, generation of plans for prevention and mitigation of identified risks;
• registration and analysis of incoming grievances and reported incidents;
• ensure timely and full review of contractor and subcontractor personnel grievances;
• undertake strike scene visits and take measures required to resolve the situation;
• analyze causes of non-compliances and violations of legislation by contractors and subcontractors;
• provide support and, when necessary, closely interact/cooperate with Contract Holders in dealing with all day to-day issues of contractor and subcontractor non-compliance;
• take a series of measures to prevent mass unrest/protests, complaints and grievances of contractor personnel;
• regularly maintain liaison with trade unions and employee's representatives;
• attend meetings on a wide range of social and employment issues with representatives of state authorities, trade unions and other organizations
• participate in meetings, prepare official letters and replies to queries, obtain and provide data and information
• produce activity reports and records, memorandums, analytical reports and different types of information regarding contractor and subcontractor issues;
• arrange, in cooperation with Security Department, transportation of demobilized personnel to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent discontent or incidents;
• ensure compliance of contractors and subcontractors with the Code of Accepted Practice,
• increase contractors’ performance and mitigate work-related risks.
