Projects: Replacement of heaters, New LP/HP flares, Local equipment room installation, Utilities Air and Nitrogen, Chemical injection unit, Sand Management system and Debottlenecking, New Gas compressor installation, FMP Sea water pipeline installation and Plant shut-down projects Responsibilities: • Coordinate the project requirements for relevant disciplines, especially for Civil and structure in order to improve contractor performance assuring the application of all HSE and QA/QC procedures • Assure the application to the projects of all the norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices • Responsible for revision of change scope procedure that impacts the Cost and Schedule which is essential during construction management • Responsible for reviewing new design and drawings for any comments before it approved for Construction • Hand over the inspection for Commissioning phase before Pre-start any equipment • Ensure that Contractor has engaged adequate manpower and resources on site to execute the project towards completion dates, and schedule deadlines • Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings submitted by contractor and vendors • Raising, tracking, and finalizing Technical Queries (RFI) • Responsible for signing of all Civil Construction check sheets, Acts of Completion and Protocols pertaining to work as per company standards as per ROK regulation • Responsible for reviewing and approving all Risk Assessments, Method Statements and PTW for relevant disciplines areas

• Organization and ensuring of Equipment, transport, mechanization equipment, materials, tools used and performed effectively and on a timely manner • Ensure and monitor compliance with labor protection and safety rules and regulations, as well as production and labor discipline • Coordinate the construction plan with foremen at sites, and other subcontractor representatives • Proper execution the excavation work based on soil characteristics and the groundwater level, that depends on structures or roads and soil compaction specification • Crossing the existing utilities and communication system while excavation the trench, that may affect the choice of proper Method statement implementation (e.g. underground utilities or overhead power lines) • Ensure that the excavation (trench or pit) is developed to the design elevation, the support complies with the specifications and is safe work is carried out • Check the installation of the reinforcement cage for compliance with the design specification and ensure that there are (embedded parts, anchor flanges, anchor bolts) according to the coordinates and elevation marks • Ensure that the formwork connections and fastenings comply with the requirements and that they are properly greased • Concrete maintenance is carried out in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements

● I gave briefings to my team of 15 people before starting work on safety measures, explained to to them our task and the scope of work. Before starting work, we checked the object with the task manager and safety inspector, then filled out permits (clearance order), and also my responsibilities included filling out the time sheet; reading drawings; monitor the quality of work performed and volumes; change oversee engineering. My team performed work on the FGP 3GI and west side outside 3GP projects. ● Installation of hard barricade around the pit. ● Installation of dewatering system. ● Excavation of soil in stages up to 6 meters deep and moving it to the borrow pit. ● Preparing the natural bed and testing it with a road roller. ● Preparation of base for the anchor block (backfilling stone 40-70 mm fraction); (backfilling with 6FD mixture); (pouring base for concrete); (covering base for concrete with bitumen emulsion for waterproofing); (binding of the reinforcement cage and pouring the anchor block).

PFU PROJECT (Plant Firewater Upgrade Project) RVU PROJECT (Rotation Village Upgrade Project) ● Before starting work, I (work responsible personal) and the task manager inspected the work area and developed a plan for the safe conduct of work, identified visible and invisible hazards. Filled out permits for work(earth works, work in confided space, hot work) ● First of all, work began with fencing of working area with a signal tape or hard barricade. ● Installation of dewatering system. ● Excavation of soil to a depth of 3,5 meters using an anti-collapse shoring. ● Installation of fire well. ● Installation of signal concrete posts if wells were on the carriageway. ● All work was carried out and checked together with the quality department Sicim and customer TCO.

● Complete geological description of soil samples at the facilities TCO and in laboratory. ● In the laboratory, we took soil samples collected on the territory of Tengiz for the FGP project. ● I performed an analysis to determine the optimal soil moisture - Proctor Compaction Test, to determine the shear strength of the soil - Direct Shear Test.

● My team of 20 people was engaged in laying asphalt-concrete mix, patching, installing curbs, landscaping yards. ● Conducted safety briefings, kept records in production log.
