English-Russian-Kazakh verbal-written translation work

Translation services (trilingual), technical, Oil & Gas Industry

- site material management work, including receipt and issuance of equipment and materials; - inspection of materials' quality and quantity as per relevant documents; - control of daily input and output of materials; - daily update of materials storage database; - translation support when necessary; - collaboration with site technical teams and procurement dept.

- Managing Atyrau office activities; - Supporting KMG Atyrau Refinery with aftersales service of supplied long lead items; - Verbal/written translation work (eng/rus/kaz), assistance to GM at business trips, supporting foreign OEM engineers on site; - Warehousing & Material handling activities: coordination of items input & output; - Supporting procurement activities, work with international & local suppliers; - Coordination and support of B2B supply chain (spare parts, equipment) with preparation of required documentation.

- Work in the Atyrau Refinery Deep Oil Conversion EPC Project with Marubeni Corporation, Japan; • Coordination and management of the Atyrau Project Office operations with assistance to GM and PM; • Verbal/written translation work (eng/rus/kaz); supporting foreign OEM engineers on site; • Supporting warehouse & material handling activities: coordination of items input & output; - Supporting procurement activities, work with international & local suppliers; • Incoming inspection and delivery of equipment (LLI, Non-LLI) to Client with documents required as per Kazakh Regulation, notably tech passports, permits and certificates.

- Verbal and written translation of technical/commercial documentation, including Field Geology, Drilling, HSE, Production; - Attending meetings in the Office and at the Oil Field, including top management meetings providing with consecutive translation; - Other administrative works.

- Verbal and written translation of technical/commercial documentation, including in the area of Procurement, HSE and Finance; - Conducted translations in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
