- To monitor the work of the dust and ventilation service and blasting operations, the site of cleaning works and the engineers of the BVR of the Mine for the implementation of the production plan for the development of mining operations of the division. - To ensure the fulfillment of planned production tasks according to qualitative and quantitative indicators - Participate in the monthly planning of work on the Mine and ensures timely preparation of applications for materials necessary for the operation of the Mine - Participation in the development and preparation of the annual production program of the Mine, monthly and weekly planning of mining operations at the Mine - Participation in the development of regulatory documentation, projects for the organization of work on clean-up mining and drilling and blasting - Participation in the approval of passports of mining workings and work organization projects - Participation in the development of measures to increase labor productivity in cleaning operations, the introduction of new equipment and technology - To monitor the accounting of the consumption of explosive materials in the Mine - Monitor compliance with technological processes during ore extraction and mining: a) the production of fan drilling and loading; b) the shipment of ore after the production of blasting fans of wells during clean-up mining; c) analysis of the extraction of ore during cleaning operations and after the mining of the dredging unit for timely adjustment of work processes during ore extraction and mining - To manage the activities of the dust and ventilation service and blasting operations section, monitor the results of their work, ensure timely fulfillment of the tasks of the PVS and BP section and transfer the necessary information to the relevant departments of the Enterprise - Monitors and ensures labor and production discipline among subordinate employees - Participate in the work assignment for the Mine sites - To direct and control the blasting operations in accordance with the established requirements - Ensure timely preparation of technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical specifications, technological maps, etc.). - Organize training and advanced training of workers and engineering and technical workers and ensure continuous improvement of personnel training.
