Achievements: • Successful completion of the transaction for the sale and purchase of the participation interest (completion of the state re-registration of the legal entity); • Successful completion of a merger and acquisition transaction (completion of state registration of a legal entity created through reorganization).

Functional duties: • Carrying out the management of subordinate employees of the department within the framework of their project team; • Preparation of opinions on legal issues of various companies; • Preparation and approval of the necessary documents for state registration of legal entities with the participation of foreign elements. Achievements: • Successful completion of international companies' legal presence establishment in Kazakhstan.
