Troubleshooting.  Operate Sales gas compressors unit, Gas Treatment unit (dehydration unit, dew point control, liquid hydrocarbon recovery unit, MEROX), Gas Sweeteng, Slug Catcher, Flare Units in accordance with operating procedures, manuals, regalement’s;  Start up pumps. Centrifugal compressors, line up;  Monthly/annual checking Fire Fighting system;  Check and fix if required interlock sequence on PSV’s (Netherlock);  Drain, purging, inertisation.  Operate compressors in accordance with operating procedures, manuals, regalement’s. Monitoring of equipment. Maintaining approved operational documents, keeping equipment and inventory in the proper condition; Commissioning of compressors unit. Preservation activity of compressors, lube oil system.  On Gas sweetening unit operate pumps, find minor leaks, and prepare heat exchangers\pumps for maintenance\repair activity.  Checking the running & stand-by equipment/machinery condition for any relevant and observable running features of rotating equipment (vibration, bearings external temperature, lubricating oil level, unusual noise etc.);  Coordinating with relevant department’s campaign maintenance activities, rotating equipment inspection, mechanical inspection.  Communicating with engineers, maintenance technicians and other team members when identifying maintenance issues and planning and scheduling maintenance activities.  Reporting feedback about the progress/completion status of the assigned tasks to the Gas Plant Supervisor, Senior Operator. Checking routinely for leakages from flanges/piping, instrumentation, machinery and equipment identifying and reporting to Gas Plant Senior Operator/Supervisor;  Servicing the working place, carrying out proper equipment and devices service, on-time detection of failures and their elimination; carrying out minor mechanical repairs. Raising Z1/Z9 notifications.  Introduction of LP steam into the system;  Properly document and accurately report all operational readings, adjustments, and inspections;  Undertake training as offered by the Company to expand competency;  Verifying that all activities comply with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental legislation / accordingly to the Company PTW Procedure;  Carry out isolations/de-isolations. Drain, purge as required. Preparatory work for maintenance of equipment, vessels, piping and machinery and restoration on job completion;  Shift Handover. Maintain daily log of significant events in area of responsibility and verbal handover to on-coming shift;  Taking appropriate action in case of alarm and/or emergency following NCOC procedures and supporting site instructions;  Supporting the activities of the other Plant Units' Operators in case of local contingencies, increased workloads and emergency conditions;  Carrying OTP (operating test procedure);  Winterization preparation checking;  Maintain housekeeping in areas of responsibility.

 Maintenance of commercial metering stations of KazTransOil oil transfer stations, Atyrau.  Annual metrological verification.  Verification of parameters and characteristics compliance with technical documentation, and determination on this basis one of the set types of technical conditions in given time.  Servicing the working place, carrying out proper equipment and devices service, on-time detection of failures and their elimination; carrying out minor mechanical repairs.  Adjusting control valves, troubleshooting.

 Preparation of various documents, keeping daily report of work performed,  Production and technical department: finding and purchasing equipment and spare parts, business correspondence with manufacturers and suppliers,  Dismantling and installation flow, level transmitters, F&G detectors, troubleshooting.  Calibration tanks, calibration level transmitters, performing level measurements in tanks.  Carry out isolations/de-isolations. Drain, purge as required. Preparation for maintenance.
