JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards, as well as foster a culture of awareness and commitment to safe work practices. 2. Promote the development of a planned preventive maintenance culture reflecting the use of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), condition monitoring, data analysis, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). 3. Support maintenance work practices focused on achieving production optimization and improving maintainability, thereby increasing equipment reliability and reducing repair and maintenance costs. 4. Identify, implement, and promote systems and standards that ensure maximum performance and technical compliance of equipment. 5. When required, perform condition monitoring of equipment using technical diagnostic tools applied within the department, such as vibration measurement instruments, ultrasound devices, thermographic imaging, and others. 6. Organize and conduct equipment monitoring and perform data analysis to forecast maintenance needs and equipment failure rates for planning and coordinating repair activities. 7. Carry out technical analysis of the characteristics of various components and materials. 8. Perform life-cycle cost analysis of equipment to compare different technical solutions in terms of operating costs over the plant’s lifetime and provide recommendations for the most cost-effective solutions. 9. Record operating hours of equipment components and assemblies and calculate MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to track reliability indicators and ensure timely maintenance. 10. Participate in the development of maintenance schedules and planned preventive repair programs. 11. Develop and/or update maintenance checklists for equipment. 12. Identify and implement reliability improvements aimed at reducing MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and increasing MTBF, using continuous improvement methods, including but not limited to SMET (Simulated Model Endurance Testing), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and other Lean manufacturing methods. 13. Assist in the investigation of equipment failures and, when required, independently conduct Category 3 and 4 failure investigations. 14. When necessary, provide management with weekly, monthly, and annual reports on equipment performance and financial loss reporting. 15. Ensure timely and effective reporting and communication among employees, senior management, and other departments in accordance with established procedures. 16. Work as part of a team to develop and implement policies, tasks, and procedures within the department. 17. Use a single, approved system for structuring and storing documentation. 18. Independently prepare work procedures and maintenance specifications. 19. At the request of the immediate supervisor or senior management, complete and successfully pass training or briefings to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance in the assigned area of technology. 20. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of professional competence.

- Analyze and improve maintenance strategies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), to enhance equipment reliability and service efficiency. - Carrying out diagnostics and monitoring of the condition of metal structures and equipment for corrosion damage CBM. - Organization and performance of measurements of metal thickness, ultrasonic and visual measuring control CBM. - Analysis of the causes of corrosion and development of measures to prevent further destruction. - Preparation of technical reports, defect certificates and conclusions based on the results of examinations. - Quality control of repair and restoration work. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs (vibration diagnostics, oil analysis) to ensure stable plant operations and maximize production output. - Support equipment setup and balancing (fan balancing, shaft alignment, gearboxes, drums, conveyors) to optimize performance and minimize downtime. - Monitor key reliability indicators (MTBF, failure rates) and propose corrective actions to reduce maintenance costs. - Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan annual overhauls and ensure strict adherence to maintenance schedules. - Review and manage critical spare parts, integrating them into preventive maintenance strategies. - Participate in the development of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans to ensure optimal use of technical and human resources. - Conduct regular inspections and assess operational equipment condition for early failure detection. - Analyze uptime rates of components and assemblies to improve service life planning. - Investigate equipment failures and lead RCA processes to implement preventive solutions. - Design and implement measures to extend the life cycle of units and critical spare parts. - Develop and enforce checklists for routine maintenance to maintain high quality and consistency. - Track and analyze repair durations and MTBF to support strategic decision-making for spare parts replacement. - Contribute to the implementation and optimization of electronic MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) management systems. - Operate and maintain OEM equipment from Metso Outotec (HP 900 cone crusher, C160 jaw crusher, feeders, screens), Maden conveyors, FEECO sinter drums, Telestack stackers. - Implement mobile apps (SafetyCulture, GO PLANT SKF, Quick Collect) to enhance field engineering efficiency. - Use 1C ERP system for maintenance planning, inventory control, and reporting.
